  • All careers in early childhood education require a standard set of background checks, TB tests, and certifications. When you partner with 4-C, we’ll help you check all of those boxes, while also getting paid to do it!

  • Onboarding and training is very dependent on you! We’ll work with your schedule and availability to make a plan that works best. Things that might impact the timing include if you’re from Louisville or another state, and your schedule to accommodate the training requirements.

  • Upon completion of the process, the Career Navigator at 4-C will guide you to the next step in your job search. We’ll ensure you’re connected with the most up-to-date list of available positions depending on when you complete your training with us.

  • Nope! We will ensure you get all of the requirements and training completed as soon as you’re ready, no prior experience or knowledge is required.
