All careers in early childhood education require a standard set of background checks, TB tests, and certifications. When you partner with 4-C, we’ll help you check all of those boxes, while also getting paid to do it!

Onboarding and training is very dependent on you! We’ll work with your schedule and availability to make a plan that works best. Things that might impact the timing include if you’re from Louisville or another state, and your schedule to accommodate the training requirements.

Upon completion of the process, the Career Navigator at 4-C will guide you to the next step in your job search. We’ll ensure you’re connected with the most up-to-date list of available positions depending on when you complete your training with us.

Must be 18 or older
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must pass a background check and have verification that you are free of active tuberculosis (check and testing provided at no cost to the candidate)
